Winter IS coming, and here’s what’s going to happen…

You’re going to wake up one cold and dark workout morning. It’s going to be freezing! You’ll find comfort and warmth in your bed under your doona. You’ll snooze your alarm clock once…twice…three times, or maybe accidentally turn it off. You drift back off to sleep…

NO!!! That’s NOT going to be you!!

You are the hardcore fitness fanatic, gym junkie, roid monkey, mum of 10, sports star, who does everything in their power to get the result that they want for their body and fitness!

That’s you!

You will wake up, text all your mates that you’re going to train, make sure that they are going with you, smash out an amazing session, stimulating growth in your lean muscle mass, burning kilos of body fat, and then eat an absolutely sensational Metabolic Precise Meal that aids recovery and give your body the nutrients it needs to progress towards your goal!

For those of us who do not train early in the morning, this may not apply to you…BUT…the point is, to stay focused!

Stay focused on your goal and be consistent with your training and nutrition. It doesn’t matter whether it is summer or winter, spring or autumn, or anywhere in between. If you are focused on your goal of achieving results from your training, nothing will stop you from doing what you have to do to get there.
